It's quite sturdy and manueverable, and allows you to carry both a great deal of weight and volume.Exterior Dimensions: 31" x 17" x 14.5" Manufacturer: Sumdex Color: Black At the moment, you can get one of these new on Amazon for $170. The fabric is some sort of tough synthetic canvas, which the manufacturer refers to as "poly ballistic." It feels like Gortex, and it's certainly water repellant. The duffle has solid wheels (like inline skates). The pulling handle comes out on two rods and can be set at several heights. The handle retracts into its own zipper pocket. There's a second zipper pocket near the handle which holds a wide strap for securing additional bags to the outside of the duffle. Finally, there are two large zipper pockets on the side of the duffle. Inside, there's a big mesh pocket as well as a detachable vinyl zip bag for damp items. The top or lid zips open in a U-shape, so you have very good access to everything inside (you're not having to pry the edges apart all the time). The bag also comes with a feeble little padlock which is probably prohibited nowadays anyway. The duffle bag has been stored in a clean, smoke free home. Feel free to write with questions.
