Bought a few months ago and have since remodeled the yard and no longer in need of it! ZAREBA ACC2 model 115VAC 60HZ 2 mile range comes with package of fence post insulators and rated wire(NEW). Also included (not Pictured) is a ground rod and clamp kit. This system does require a ground therefore it is not necessary that pet must be grounded and touch wire at the same time. It is a hot wire but is a pulse system indicated by light on face of unit. It is impied by manufacturer that this device is not intended for absolute K9 control (no substitute for personal training) but as a deterent only. I am told (and personally experienced with 1 of my 2 dogs) that it only takes one time for dogs to get the hint about jumping fences.
