Car service is provided by the BMW lease. The only item the lessee is responsible for are the car tires when they wear down. Brakes, oil, major services maintenance all paid for by BMW.
There are 12 payments remaining on the lease. I'm looking for someone to takeover the lease payments of $528 per month. There are 30K miles included with the lease (roughly 11K miles left on lease), but additional miles can be purchased from BMW before lease end for roughly .15 cents per mile.
In order to takeover the lease, you will need to contact BMW financial, supply them with you credit information and pay the transfer fee of $450 to BMW financial. They tell me it's a fairly quick and easy process and takes only a day or two to process.
