Text: Running 23-foot Dodge “Lifetime” Motorhome is offered for free to first person who will either: 1) Clears it and other materials off of Boulder Creek property; OR 2) Pay $400 deposit and $400/month rent (utilities included!) to live in it on the same property (November 1st forward; dog possible). It is currently high and dry under one of those “Costco car-canopies” amidst beautiful redwood cathedrals. Electrical and water connections are hooked up to house on property. Water heater, shower, toilet, refrigerator (three-quarter-sized, 6 cubic foot, with separate freezer), and stove all work. Improvement materials and appliances are included in the deal. The generator works but needs some routine maintenance (great in those Boulder Creek blackouts!).
