Text: Hi folks, Im glad for found this website where i can announce my trailer for free.

I purchased it in 2003 from an old man from Pacheco CA who owned it ever since its was fabricated in 73. Yes, I take a pride to say im its the second owner ! The trailer has being parked in the trucking company that I work for, and that’s where ive been living for the past 3 years . Honestly, I could live there for the rest of my life, I guess the price of 200,00 $ a month including water, power and plenty of space around it, security ...isn`t bad comparing to what the average trailers residents pay for parking and utilities anywhere around the Bay area ...friends say im very blessed !

But as recently as 5 months ago, our company rented the mechanic shop ( which is about 100 ft away from my trailer ) to a man who doenst have no limits to start or stop working, he just works day and night like there wouldn’t be no more money tomorrow …making a lots of noises and driving Big Rig trucks in front of my trailer, and it being just taking away not only my privacy but also my tranquility, it’s a shame how for nearly 2 and half years what used to be such quiet and peaceful place to live, has recently being plunged into such a noisy and messy environment … I should`ve known that something wrong would happen soon or later, living quietly, peacefully and cheaply back there was just too good to be true, but for at least two and half years I took this place for granted, and that was worth .

Anyhow, firstly when I moved here, there was nothing but an empty space where all the utilities had to be brought from afar, lots money was spent on hoses, expensive electrical cords (485,00$), Residential water heater, pipes , all the sewer apparatus, pipes and everything had to be installed, built and improved . All the wooden decorations that you see built around the trailer, was all designed and performed by myself alone . Took me a lot of time and money ( over 6,000.00 $) to get me situated in there and wouldn’t really be willing to move onto another place unless if I wasn’t for some very reasonable reason such as this .

So, if you are looking for a trailer to travel, this one will probably need some modification on the electrical apparatus as well as on the water storage that was all converted to live as residential and not to travel anymore ..., but all these shouldn’t be very costly to be converted back to the original status... But it surely is ready to be habited in a permanent location as it is now.

This trailer has a nice preserved interior, its all clean and spacious with no signs of wear at all. Its has a gorgeous bathroom, living room and a very comfortable bedroom for a couple . So I friend of mine is coming over to visit me on Sunday, he got a digital camera, then as of this coming Monday I should have some good shots of the interior of the trailer available to you. Im hoping to take at least 15 more pictures showing clearly from all the angles on the interior, accomodations and sides …
