SONY TRINITRON 27 FOR PARTSID: 24192Date: 2006-10-22 14:58:54 Other Ads. Mountain view.Text: Sony Trinitron, 27" CRT, model KV27S22. The CRT is OK, we didn't watch TV much. The tuner works. The problem is in the power supply: normally when TV is turned on, red LED blinks for a few seconds, and then the power is turned on to the CRT. In this case, power comes on intermittently (rarely), most of the time the LED just keeps flashing. The tube is Ok because sometimes TV does turn on as it should. The high voltage comes on every time, I can feel the static when I touch the screen. The sound works fine.I think, this TV can be repaired, or used for parts. Cosmetically, it looks good.
