Text: This is unopened Samsung memory, 1 gig DDR2 533 mhz PC4200 200 pin SODIMM, bought for a Powerbook G4 that I have since sold, from 18004memory.com. It carries a lifetime warranty and details can be found here. Their price is currently $159 plus some shipping if you want to get it in less than a week. This seems like a lot, but this is the best you can get and will solve pesky weirdness with Powerbook G4 1.67 mhz fitted with generic aftermarket memory. Buy this one and you keep the warranty, save some money and get it immediately.
This module will fit a bunch of other machines, Latitude D620 and Thinkpads, among others.
