This is a New Process (NP) 435 Transmission and a New Process 205 transfer case. Both these came out of a 1978 Ford Truck with 60k. They are both in excellent condition, showing no signs of abuse to any of the gears. As you can see, the transmission to transfer case adapter and shifter is also included. I'm also including an extra NP 205 Transfer case.
