Germany by Lehmann.If you remember San Antonio Hobby Shop in Mountain view, then you might remember the train set that ran continuously in front of the store. It was an LGB set just like this, and they ran it all day, whenever they were open, without malfunction, for many years. LGB comes out with a different set every couple of years, and this set is no longer made, making it highly collectible. LGB is still very much in business, and cars, track and accessories are readily available.
