BMW Black Beauty 2001 530iAThis BMW, due to family and financial issues, needs a number of corrective actions taken. The drop of the purchase price, from $20k and down from the Blue Book Value of $23,300, should compensate the future owner for these issues:

1- Title transferred from 1st to 3rd owner. I,as 2nd owner, will come down to the State of California DMV to facilitate this process.

2- Smog Inspection. I will obtain a smog permit for the BMW.

3- Currently, there is only one key that manually opens doors. After the title and ownership of the BMW has been transferred over to 3rd owner. I, 2nd owner, will pay for a replacement key that automatically open/closes doors and trunk.
